Shipping policy

All our rings are handmade to order — this process takes up to 14 days, after which we dispatch domestic UK orders via Next Day Tracked shipping.

US and worldwide orders are shipped using DHL. Please note that for all orders shipped outside the UK, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the purchase price.

Delivery, Refusal & Return Fee Policy

All orders are carefully prepared and sent via our trusted courier partners. Once a shipping label has been generated, the parcel becomes dispatch-ready and corresponding courier costs are incurred by us.

In the event a parcel is refused at delivery or returned undeliverable, the following conditions apply:

The full order value — including product price and shipping — will remain payable. This covers actual international return costs imposed by the courier, which are significantly higher than standard delivery and beyond our control.

The refused or returned parcel may be reshipped at your expense if you still wish to receive the item.

These terms are clearly disclosed in our policy and are accepted by the customer at checkout and upon order confirmation.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that the above conditions apply in the event of a delivery refusal or failed delivery.

Where complimentary shipping has been offered, this applies to completed orders only. In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Why this policy exists

Due to the high cost of international return shipping and handling — especially from overseas couriers — compensation for refused or undeliverable parcels is the only way we can continue offering high-quality craftsmanship and reliable worldwide shipping.
