Shipping

All our rings are handmade to order. Each piece takes approximately 14 days to be crafted especially for you. Once your ring is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped.

Order Processing & Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Our team processes orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are handmade to order and shipped once production is complete.

Shipping Address

Orders must be shipped to a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure the address you provide is accurate, as we cannot change the delivery address or reroute packages once they’ve left our facility.

Telephone Number Requirement:
A telephone number is required for every order to assist with delivery and any potential customs processing.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your package has left our facility, we are not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express for swift and secure delivery.

Shipping Charges

Please note that all outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the order is returned or delayed.

Tracking

Tracking information can be found in your shipment confirmation email. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

Delays

We make every effort to get your item(s) to you as quickly as possible, however the occasional shipping delay is inevitable. If you're ordering for a special occasion or for travel, we recommend doing so far enough in advance so that you have time to receive your item!

Customs Clearance & Communication

For all international orders, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure availability for any customs-related communication. Once your order is dispatched, you may be contacted by DHL or your local customs authority regarding import duties, taxes, or required documentation. Customers must be available via the email address provided at checkout to respond promptly to any customs enquiries. Failure to respond may result in delays, returned shipments, or additional fees, which we cannot be held responsible for. If forms or identification are requested by DHL for customs clearance, it is the customer's obligation to provide these in a timely manner.

Customs Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. As the buyer, you are responsible for checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be before placing your order. Margalit Rings is not liable for any delays or charges incurred due to customs processing.

Undelivered Items

If your order is delayed or returned due to missing or incomplete customs paperwork, it is the responsibility of the recipient to provide the necessary documents requested by customs authorities. Failure to submit the required paperwork may result in your package being held at customs or marked as undeliverable.

Please be aware that Margalit Rings is not responsible for any delays or undelivered items resulting from incomplete or missing customs documentation. As these items are often not returned to us, we are unable to issue refunds for orders affected by this situation.

To prevent such issues, we encourage you to stay in contact with the customs office or delivery service to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed promptly.
