How do I place an order?
Once you have found the item(s) you would like to purchase, add them to your cart and follow the steps to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship worldwide with end-to-end tracking.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We offer two methods of shipping: Royal Mail and DHL. The delivery times for both options will be displayed at checkout for you to choose from.
Custom Orders
If you have placed an order for a custom item or size, it can take 3–4 weeks to prepare. You have 24 hours after placing a custom order to cancel. Once your order has gone into production it becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Can I track my order?
Of course! All orders are dispatched with fully tracked mail carriers. You can track your order using the details provided at dispatch.
Are your stones diamonds?
Our stones and gemstones are not natural diamonds. They are high-grade diamond simulants, crafted to provide the same brilliance and beauty as diamonds and gemstones. We also use GRA-certified Moissanite gemstones. All pieces are set in 925 sterling silver posts and bands.
Do you create bespoke jewellery?
Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders processed through our workshop, we are unable to create custom designs.
How long does it take for refunds to be processed?
Once your return has been received by our team, refunds take up to 5 working days to be processed. Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt on all unworn, non-custom jewellery. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at love@margalitrings.com.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Keep your jewellery away from oils, liquids, perfumes, and heat. Do not wear your jewellery in the shower. If your Margalit jewellery comes into contact with water, gently pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
