Returns & Cancellations – Custom Made Orders

At Margalit Rings, each piece of jewellery is meticulously handcrafted to order, custom-made exclusively for you. Once your order has been placed and production has begun, we are not able to offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is faulty or not as described. We encourage all customers to carefully review their order details before purchasing.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If you believe your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photographs and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the matter and resolve it through repair, replacement, or refund.

Need a Different Size?

We’re happy to offer one complimentary resizing on most of our rings. If you need an adjustment, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that resizing may not be possible for certain designs, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request. Please note: When a size adjustment has been requested and completed, reshipment costs are chargeable and will be invoiced prior to dispatch.

Exchanges & Returns

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. To start a return, you can contact us at love@margalitrings.com. Returns will need to be sent to our dispatch address in London, UK.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at love@margalitrings.com.

Shipping & Customs / Undelivered Items

Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel. If an order is returned to us due to refused delivery, unpaid customs duties, or failure to respond to DHL/customs correspondence, we are not responsible for the item or for issuing a refund.

If your order is delayed or returned due to missing or incomplete customs paperwork, it is the responsibility of the recipient to provide the necessary documents. Margalit Rings is not responsible for delays or undelivered items resulting from incomplete documentation. As these items are often not returned to us, we are unable to issue refunds. We encourage you to stay in contact with the customs office or delivery service to ensure all paperwork is completed promptly.
